HELL FROZE OVER. EEEGER'S ACTUALLY ON SALE. At least the Windows version is. It's only $4.99. Mac OSX version coming soon.

Due to problems with the installer and with the final build, Eeeger was not released last month. However, the game is completed and the Windows version is all but under gold status. We're now in the process of submitting the game to online retailers and we will let everyone know when the game is on sale. We're sorry folr the wait, but we hope it was worth it. The Macintosh version of the game will be submitted soon afterward. We don't know if Eeeger will make it to iOS, however we do plan on making our next game for iOS devices, be it Eeeger or another IP.

Sporadic recording sessions have commenced once again for Anthony's solo album Existence and Maribeth Clark's first solo album.

The sale of Eeeger has been delayed to January 2012. In the meantime, you can catch a glimpse of the full game in action on YouTube.

We will not be renewing deathbeforedisco.com as the band is in a state of indefinite hiatus. The band's microsite will remain live.

I have two major projects in the works: the videogame Eeeger and my long-in-Limbo solo album, Existence.

Eeeger is a 2D shooter combining elements of Galaga, Geometry Wars, and Astrosmash. You control the diminutive Martian as he stops scores of Krelmac and Gentoo's evil clones using devastating lightning attacks. There are currently nine different game types, all of which are a blast (pun intended). All nine levels have been built and are fully functioning at the time of this writing. I estimate that I have about 40 to 50 hours worth of work remaining before this game goes into beta and gets handed to my group of rabid beta-testers to get savaged mercilessly. The price point will be between $2.99 and $4.99 and I anticipate a free demo to be made available at the same time the game is released. It may be done before the end of 2011.

As for Existence, well – if I had a dime for every time I set a deadline for this album, I could have paid someone else to finish it. The album currently has eight songs completed and I have six more to go. I'm hoping it'll be done by this Christmas and on sale for $6.99, but...

I'll shut up now.
