Mr. Wiggly(c. late 90's)
In this version, Mr. Wiggly retained far too much of G.M.W. (from the 1992 F.U.B.A.R. II comic). Granted, the outfit had been updated slightly from the New Jack Swing days, but eventually I gave up on it altogether and just went berserk with his curent version, decking him out in an outfit Bootsy Collins would be proud of.
